Excellent customer service and 24/7 support
We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and provide 24/7 support through our support desk which can be accessed by customers through their personal mynativespace area of our site.
All support tickets will be answered within 60 minutes, although this is a maximum and we usually respond much more quickly, (in fact our average response time is 30 minutes).
We never give canned responses as we do not employ 'Tier 1' support staff. All tickets go directly to one of our experienced technicians who have server access, allowing them to find out what the problem is and resolve it as quickly as possible.
All of our support staff are educated to degree standard and are employed not only on the basis of their technical ability but also their communication and problem building skills.
The many positive comments from our customers bear this out...
I don't want to sound patronising, but I have never dealt with a company who are genuinely so good on support issues (and I deal with a few!).
I've asked questions where I really should know better, but I always get a reply from you guys and usually within minutes. I have another hosting account elsewhere where the quality of support isn't a patch on Nativespace.
