How do I transfer a domain in to nativespace?
Solution
You can transfer a domain name across to nativespace by ordering the transfer at
http://www.nativespace.com/domain-name-registration.html
All .uk domains
There is no cost to transfer a .uk domain across to nativespace.
Once you have ordered the transfer as outlined above, ask the current registrar to change the IPSTAG to NATIVESPACE.
Please then allow 2 business hours for your domain to synchronise at which point it will become available for management in the My Nativespace area.
Non .uk domains (.com, .net, .org etc.)
There is a one-off cost starting at £5.85 for most domain types. (This does extend registration length in most instances)
In order to transfer the domain across, please ensure you have firstly unlocked your domain, and requested the EPP Key from the current registrar. (Sometimes referred to as the Auth Code).
Once you have the EPP Key (they should provide you with this on request), and unlocked the domain, you can order the transfer as outlined above.
During the transfer process, the regsitrant will receive an Email asking them to confirm the transfer. Please ensure the contact information for the domain is valid, and that this mail is responded to in order for the transfer to complete.
